Sometimes it’s good to take a break and refocus.
That is what happened with this blog after September 23, 2022. Now we are back, renewed.
Here’s why this is a good thing… Reduce burnout.
Burnout is not good. When that happens stress is higher.
Minimize multitasking. Multitasking reminds you that you should delegate and not do everything.
Multitasking may even be unsafe at times… driving and texting for instance.
Do what you can to take rests and then restart again.
Rest, Refresh, Restart.
