We probably can not call a long break from media a mental break per se, specifically since we’re doing other things in life aside from that
But it does help to unwind and increase our mental stamina
The best kept secret for mindfulness is renewal of thinking
Know that not all thoughts that come should be believed
Trust in God and check your thoughts out thoroughly
Not being bothered with media is a great way to establish more focus where it is needed
There are many things that can be distractions besides media
Starve them and feed your focus
When you want to create focus, say no to the noise!!!
