Here we are again, pursuing faith that validates our just lifestyle. The prior three posts are a witness to being strong in faith. Regardless of what we are seeing happen in this world we must remain committed with high intention to be the best stewards of the measure of faith the Most High God has given us. No one needs to wonder what this post is about for it simply recaps the encouraging prior posts that taught on internalizing and strengthening faith.
Implementing faith practices build us up, especially when we live according to the word of God. He does not leave us guessing but instead reveals the wonders of His word to His sheep. He is a Good Shepherd and takes care of us and our needs. We have no lack for He does not leave us wanting for anything, not even faith. Take a breather and review the following for an uplift in your faith walk.
Expand Your Faith Capacity for Success
If you haven’t already set your mind, take a moment and note that “this year is going to be a great year.” Believe that. Trust and have confidence in God on that. The post, Expand Your Faith Capacity for Success, is right on time for many of us. You see some of us are coming off the heels of difficult events that occurred in the previous year and encouragement can be a positive impact. The article motivates with foundational scriptures that effect our focus to be intentional, guiding us to broaden our capacity for success. It is a mindset.
Internalizing Truths to Strengthen Your Faith Capacity
The talking points on Internalizing Truths to Strengthen Your Faith Capacity are all about the bridge between hearing the word and doing it to attain the results. Faith is a workable seed that is watered and grows with practice. Internalizing can be used as the first step after hearing. The scripture provides that faith comes by hearing. Well, who better to hear than ourselves. Most of us believe in our own voice before we trust what others have to say. Speaking helps us internalize what we have read and know about faith. Then we become more apt to correspond our actions to what we have spoken. At the point of trust and confidence we make decisions. At the point of decision we take actions of which we get results.
Plan to Strengthen and Implement Faith Actions
To implement the faith that we have internalized, a helpful methodology is to plan. Recall how God told Habakkuk to write the vision and make it plain so that those who read it can run with it (i.e., act upon it); Habakkuk 2:1-3. Habakkuk had cried out to the LORD (Habakkuk 1) and Yahweh answered in this way. The idea is the same here in terms of capturing the plan, then taking the action. The post on Plan to Strengthen and Implement Faith Action admonishes us to take steps and gives us an example plan to do so. Take time to set your faith in motion with these steps or design your own plan to put into action. Many of us have made the statement, “You get what you pay for.” However, should we reconcile that we tend to get what we act upon?
TRANSFORMATION
Reflect: What results have you seen from hearing, internalizing, and implementing the word of faith for your life and circumstances?
Renew: What are your expectations for the days and months ahead for this year? Remember to be intentional for actions do not betray decisions made to do them and results do not betray the corresponding actions.
